Dear Joan:

You know how when you're planning your wedding and you're all nervous because you just want everything to be just perfect? And do you know what a wonderful feeling it is when the wedding is over and everything turned out to be absolutely perfect and you wonder what you were so nervous about to begin with?

That is how I felt this week with our conference. Every time we have a large group of customers come in for training, I always get the jitters. I have to say that you and your staff, made this conference absolutely perfect. My appreciation goes out to you and Kim Wojno for giving so much of your attention.

In addition, I have to say the food was excellent, the service from the barmaid to Jo our server was outstanding. The rooms couldn't have been any more perfect. You and your group need to pat yourselves on the back for a job well done.

It has been such a pleasure working with you. I cannot say I have ever worked with a staff that involved themselves as your group did. We contribute the success of our conference to the teamwork of the The Akron City Centre Hotel and GOJO. It is not often that a hotel staff puts forth the effort you demonstrated. Dear Kim:

Thank you for the invitation to the Customer Appreciation Luncheon. Once again the The Akron City Centre Hotel staff was very hospitable and it was such a pleasure to join you. I cannot express enough gratitude to the employees who had a smile of their face and showed us so much courtesy.

The food was absolutely the best! I am a vegetarian and found that they were immediately ready to accommodate my needs, in fact, they were already planning for it! My favorite was the puff pastry potato! Chef Bob, Wow! Great Creativity! And dessert was to die for! Way to go!

We also mingled with some people from other companies, which gave us a chance to meet new people and network.

Even on the way out the door, I spoke with the employee who handed out towels in the ladies room. I regret I did not get her name, but she was so friendly and spoke highly of her job, other employees (specifically Chef Bob and his wonderful talent), and the hotel. It just goes to show that all the people, in whatever position they may have, can be happy in their job and make a great impact on your guests.
